Products & pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to limit order quantities. Vehicle fitment listings are provided in good faith — confirm your year, make, model, and trim before ordering.

Orders & payment

Orders are accepted when payment is captured. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or fitment data we cannot verify.

Shipping

Most precut kits ship within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & warranty

Because each kit is custom-cut to a specific vehicle, all sales are final unless the kit arrives defective or is cut incorrectly on our end. Defective film is covered under a limited lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and color shift. Improper installation, damage, and removal labor are not covered.

Installation & legal use

Window tint laws (visible light transmission limits, allowed windows) vary by state and country. You are responsible for confirming what's legal where you live and registering your vehicle accordingly. SMPL CUTS is not liable for tickets, fines, or rejected inspections.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMPL CUTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
